Eat breakfast

Infusion and 1 yogurt 0% with 20 gr. oat flakes and blueberries

It’s midnight

1 integral biscotti with 2 slices of turkey.


Have lunch

Turkey and broccoli burger.
Explanation: Cook broccoli (100 gr.) and drain very well, mash it with a fork until it loses its water and forms a paste. Mix with minced turkey meat (200 gr.), salt and 1 beaten egg, cover and leave to rest in the refrigerator at night. Replace the burgers and grill.

A cup of gazpacho.

Canon salad, grilled chicken, carrots, bean sprouts, tomatoes and apples.
