Tips for your potato burgers

  • Instead of raw spinach, try sautéing it with a little oil, it will give it a more texture.
  • You can replace the natural tuna with tuna in oil (drained) or finely chopped smoked salmon.
  • Before passing them through the pan, let them rest in the refrigerator so that they are firm and do not break when they are browning.
