Homemade beef burger.

Pachi Larrosa

– 500 g of minced meat

– 1 clove of garlic

– 1 egg

– Lettuce

– 1 tomato

-1 sweet onion

– 3 pickled cucumbers

– 150 g of feta cheese

– 4 rustic rolls

– Oil

– Salt

– black pepper

– basil

– Nutmeg

– Wheat flour

Place the meat in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, grate a little nutmeg and add an egg. We kneel well with our hands. We wash, dry well and flour our hands to create the hamburgers of the thickness we want but a little bigger in diameter than the buns.

The product will shrink a little when we pass it through the griddle or pan. Heat the oil in a frying pan or griddle and cook the meat over medium-high heat, try to brown it a little but keep it juicy inside.

That means, for hamburgers one and a half inches thick, about three minutes on each side. In any case, go to taste. In another pan, we have passed the open roll in half, we have assembled a salad with lettuce and onion cut into rings in a bowl, we have filleted the pickles and cut the tomato into slices.

We put the base of lettuce, onions and pickles; on top, meat; of it, a piece of tomato and, finally, some pieces of feta cheese. We close the bread and decorate with a fresh basil leaf.
